Congratulations on completing the Zone-5® Mental Training Course. You’re now ready to start building these mental skills into habits and routines so you can use them to enhance your performance. Just as it’s important to continue training physically throughout your career, you will also need to continue training mentally. To help make that happen, begin working with a Mental Trainer®, either 1on1 or in a group. If your current program includes that as a next step, perfect!
Mental toughness is a process that involves first understanding what the mental skills are (Zone-5 course you just finished), then memorizing and building them into habits (MentalApp® was designed to support this), and fine tuning them under adverse conditions (using a Mental Trainer®). That’s the exact process hundreds of pros and Olympians use to build the mental toughness they need. They trust the process, and we hope you will as well. See you soon. -Dr.Neff
